2. Rates and Inclusions
All rates are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise. Rates include:

3. Payment Terms
Deposit:
- Standard bookings: 50% deposit required
- Non-refundable rates: Full payment at booking
- Group bookings: Terms vary by contract

4. Cancellation Policy
Standard Rates:
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
- 50% charge for cancellation 3-7 days before arrival
- 100% charge for cancellation within 3 days or no-show
Peak Season (Dec 20 - Jan 10):
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- 50% charge for cancellation 15-30 days before arrival
- 100% charge for cancellation within 15 days or no-show
Important: Special promotions may have different cancellation terms. Please check your booking confirmation.
5. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in: Subject to availability, additional charges may apply
- Late check-out: Until 6:00 PM (50% of daily rate), after 6:00 PM (full day rate)
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Valid ID required at check-in
- Credit card for incidentals upon arrival
- Comply with hotel policies and local laws
- Responsible for any damages to property
7. Child Policy
- Children under 12 stay free when sharing with parents (using existing bedding)
- Extra bed available for children (charges apply)

9. Force Majeure
